在市场疲软情况下,启动市场是促进生产的突破口。所谓启动市场,是指既要开拓国内市场,也要开拓国外市场,既要进一步开拓城市市场,又要努力开拓农村市场,以促进生产的发展,减少产成品积压。然而,结构失衡是我国经济的深层次问题,要想解决市场疲软,根本出路是调整结构、因此必须把调整结构,提高产品质量、增加适销对路产品,提高经济效益放在重要位置。可见,启动市场与调整结构是互相依存互相促进的。调整结构不仅关系到企业的兴衰,而且是搞活市场的重要条件。 当前调整产品结构应从以下几方面着手: 一、调整要以市场为导向。要随着市场变化,及时增加花色品种,提高产品质量,降低成本,形成有自己特色的新产品、以满足国内外不同市场、不同层次消费者的需要。
