以仁用杏品种‘涿选1号’‘龙王帽’和抗晚霜优异品种‘围选1号’为试材,采用人工霜箱精确模拟霜夜降温过程,研究仁用杏花器官的抗寒特性。结果表明:3个品种从大蕾期到幼果期的过冷却点和结冰点均呈上升趋势,说明仁用杏从大蕾期至幼果期抗寒能力下降;不同品种及同一品种不同花器官的过冷却点与结冰点均存在差异;在低温胁迫下,花器官褐变程度逐渐加深,其相对电导率逐渐升高,杏花器官的抗寒性强弱表现为花瓣>雄蕊>雌蕊,不同品种间抗寒性强弱表现为‘围选1号’>‘涿选1号’>‘龙王帽’。
The artificial frost box was used to accurately simulate the night-temperature cooling process and the cold-resistant characteristics of the apricot flower organ were studied by using the apricot variety ’Dianxuan No.1’ and ’Longwangmao’.
