目前,人类正经历着一场全球性科学技术革命。回顾刚刚过去的20世纪人类成功的主要标志,就是科学技术取得的巨大进步以及由此带来的社会生产力质的飞跃。尤其在今天,以信息、生物、纳米技术为代表的高科技,对全球的政治、经济、军事、文化产生着广泛和极其深远的影响。前不久，本刊记者采访了国家科技布高新技术发展及产业化司司长李肆，李司长就当前科学技术发展的热点问题回答了记者提问。
