The effects of high temperature stress on the growth of juvenile flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) were studied under experimental conditions at 25 ℃ for 28 ℃, 30 ℃ and 32 ℃. The results showed that: (1) the survival rate of B. fluticus decreased significantly at the water temperature of 32 ℃ when the water temperature was 25-30 ℃; the survival rate of the two fish species did not differ significantly at 32 ℃ P <0.05). (2) The growth performance of fish of both sizes was significantly affected by water temperature. The specific growth rate, feeding rate, feed conversion rate and water squared of each temperature treatment group showed a significant negative correlation (One-way ANOVA, (P <0.01). (3) Under the same temperature, the specific growth rate and feeding rate of experiment Ⅰ were significantly higher than those of experiment Ⅱ (P <0.05) The results showed that the size of the specification had a significant effect on the growth performance of the Japanese flounder. The results of this study showed that 32 ℃ may be the long-term survival of the flounder Paralichthys olivaceus maximum temperature, high temperature stress and size significantly affect the growth performance of flounder. Research highlights: Different temperature gradients were used to heat stress the two species of Japanese flounder. The survival rate, growth rate, food intake rate and food conversion rate of two species of fish at different temperatures were systematically compared to determine the long-term survival of Japanese flounder The critical upper limit temperature, in order to provide reference materials for its healthy farming.
