每一个人在心灵深处都渴望得到别人的肯定,而来自他人的一句普普通通的喝彩,也将给我们的生活注入美丽,有时甚至会影响一个人的一生。当学生的某种良好行为出现之后,如能得到相应的认可,就会产生某种心理满足,形成愉悦的心境,并使同类行为向更高层次发展。在“彰显口头评价能量,激活学生学习灵感”为主题的校本研训过程中,我执教了《芬芳茉莉》的音乐欣赏教学展示课。
