目的 :观察正常新生儿胆囊排空功能 ,探讨衡量新生儿胆囊排空功能的指标。 方法 :(1)以浓鱼肝油滴剂和牛乳为胆囊排空刺激剂 ,用 B超测量新生儿胆囊排空前后长径、直径和壁厚。 (2 )分别计算、分析胆囊收缩前后的各测定值及最大纵断面积近似值 (长径×直径 )的差值 ;计算并比较男女间胆囊排空前后各值的变化率。 结果 :排空后胆囊明显缩小 ;胆囊最大纵断面积近似值缩小 5 5 %以上 ,而胆囊壁增厚 10 %以上 ,胆囊排空前后各值比较均有显著性差异 ,男女各值的变化率无差别。 结论 :浓鱼肝油滴剂及适量牛乳可做为 B超检测新生儿胆囊排空的刺激剂 ;胆囊最大纵断面积近似值及壁厚的变化率可做为新生儿胆囊排空功能的衡量指标
Objective: To observe the normal neonatal gallbladder emptying function, to explore indicators of neonatal gallbladder emptying function. Methods: (1) To observe the long diameter, diameter and wall thickness of neonatal gallbladder before and after emptying with B-ultrasonography with concentrated fish liver oil drops and milk as emptying stimulator. (2) Calculate and analyze the difference of each measured value and the approximate maximum longitudinal section area (long diameter × diameter) before and after gallbladder contraction; calculate and compare the change rate of each value before and after the emptying of the gallbladder between men and women. Results: After emptying, the gallbladder was significantly reduced. The approximate maximum value of gallbladder area was reduced by more than 5 5%, while the thickness of gallbladder wall was more than 10%. There was a significant difference between before and after gallbladder emptying. difference. CONCLUSION: Concentrated cod liver oil drops and appropriate amount of milk can be used as stimulators for the detection of neonatal gallbladder emptying by B-mode ultrasonography. The approximate maximum value of the longitudinal section of the gallbladder and the change rate of the wall thickness can be used as a measure of neonatal gallbladder emptying function
