如何激励医师参与和投入临床教学是高校新附属医院面临的重要问题。本文以清华大学附属北京清华长庚医院为例,探讨了专责教学主治医师岗位设置、“教学标准学时”考核制度,建立教学绩效与医师薪酬紧密关联的教学激励机制。实践结果表明,教学绩效直接关联医师薪酬对教学的激励作用明显;精细化核算临床教学工作量是准确核算教学绩效的基础;教学绩效在注重个体激励的同时应当加强教学团队绩效管理。“,”How to encourage clinicians to join clinical teaching is an important issue in the new affiliated hospitals of college or university. Taking Beijing Tsinghua Changgeng Hospital Affiliated to Tsinghua University as an example, here we reported the development of a teaching incentive mechanism which merges teaching performance of clinicians into their payment package of routine salary. In this system, the payment to teaching performance is calculated delicately based on educator post and standardized teaching hours and then the education payment is merged into their routine salary counting. This system covering routine clinical performance and medical education simultaneously has been proved to be an effective encouraging and fair mechanism to pay clinicians who make contribution to clinical training of medical students individually as well as the member of a teaching team in the hospitals.
