从我国高职院校酒店英语课程进行项目教学改革的自身优势分析以及对完成高职高专酒店英语课程项目教学改革后可能达到的教学效果进行预测两个方面,分析了我国高职院校进行酒店英语课程项目教学改革的可行性,分析结果认为高职院校存在生源结构、师资队伍、基础设施建设以及制度保障等方面优势,能够为高职院校酒店英语课程项目教学改革提供保障。高职院校酒店英语课程进行项目教学改革是可行的。
From the analysis of the superiority of the project teaching reform in hotel English courses of higher vocational colleges in our country and the prediction of the teaching effect that may be achieved after the teaching reform of hotel English courses in higher vocational colleges is completed, The feasibility of the teaching reform of hotel English course project is analyzed. The result of the analysis shows that there are some advantages in higher vocational college such as students’ structure, faculty, infrastructure construction and system guarantee, which can provide guarantee for the teaching reform of hotel English course in higher vocational colleges. Hotel English Curriculum Reform in Higher Vocational Colleges is Possible.
