烧绿石型复合氧化物 A_2B_2O_7是一类具有催化性、铁电性、铁磁性、发光性、离子导电性的新型无机非金属材料,并可用于废物处理。近几年,国外一些学者对它的研究日渐增多,但国内的研究并不多见。关于 A 位掺杂稀土—锡烧绿石型复合氧化物的研究更为罕见。目前,一般都采用传统的固态烧结法合成烧绿石型化合物。这对于提高该类材料的性能受到一定限制。为了制备高纯度、高细度和颗粒均匀的粉晶原料,我们试验了柠檬酸络合法。
Pyrochlore composite oxide A_2B_2O_7 is a new class of inorganic non-metallic materials with catalytic, ferroelectric, ferromagnetic, luminescent and ionic conductivity, and can be used for waste treatment. In recent years, some scholars abroad have studied it more and more, but domestic research is rare. Research on the A-site doping rare earth-tin pyrochlore composite oxide is more rare. At present, the traditional solid state sintering method is generally used to synthesize pyrochlore compounds. This is to improve the performance of such materials is subject to certain restrictions. In order to prepare high-purity, high-fineness and uniform powder crystal raw materials, we tested the citrate complexation method.
