机体内的不饱和脂肪酸易受氧自由基的氧化破坏。超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)则可终止其破坏作用。本文采用气相色谱法测定小白鼠外源性腹腔注射SOD 后考察心肌、肝脏细胞膜中脂肪酸含量的变化来评价SOD 的作用,结果表明,SOD 能保护细胞膜免受氧自由基的破坏,使细胞膜中的不饱和脂肪酸的含量增加。
Unsaturated fatty acids in the body vulnerable to oxidative destruction of oxygen free radicals. Superoxide dismutase (SOD) can stop its damaging effects. In this paper, the exogenous intraperitoneal injection of SOD was measured by gas chromatography to examine the changes of fatty acid in myocardial cell membrane and liver cell membrane to evaluate the effect of SOD. The results showed that SOD could protect cell membrane from damage of oxygen free radicals, The content of unsaturated fatty acids increases.
