2016年5月10日,对于中国涂料工业来说,或许是个永载史册的日子:这一天,中国涂料工业大学宣告正式成立了!长期以来,中国涂料行业的人才培训模式基本都是从学校直接进入企业,再由企业进行传帮带式的专业培训。这种传统机制导致了涂料技术人才分散、封闭,且水平参差不齐,由此带来行业人才分布不均的“孔雀东南飞”现象,阻碍了我国涂料工业均衡、全面发展的势头。
