目的:探讨超声弹性成像技术诊断青年期乳腺癌的价值。方法:对64例青年期共78个乳腺结节进行常规高频超声与超声弹性成像检查,将结果与病理诊断(乳腺恶性结节24个,良性结节54个)对照并进行分析。结果:以弹性评分≥4分为诊断标准,常规超声和超声弹性成像诊断乳腺良性和恶性结节的敏感性、特异性及符合率分别为66.67%、88.23%、78.20%和83.33%、90.74%、88.46%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声弹性成像技术是常规高频超声诊断青年期乳腺癌的有益补充。
Objective: To investigate the value of ultrasound elastography in the diagnosis of adolescent breast cancer. Methods: Totally 78 breast nodules in adolescence were examined by conventional high-frequency ultrasound and elastography. The results were compared with pathological diagnosis (24 malignant breast nodules and 54 benign nodules) and analyzed. Results: Sensitivity, specificity and coincidence rate of 66.67%, 88.23%, 78.20% and 83.33%, 90.74%, respectively, the sensitivity, specificity and coincidence rate of routine ultrasound and ultrasonic elastography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions with elastic score≥4 as diagnostic criteria, , 88.46%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Elastography is a useful supplement for the diagnosis of adolescent breast cancer by conventional high-frequency ultrasound.
