纳微米聚合物作为一种新型的逐级调驱剂,可在油层深部发生物理和化学变化,实现液流改向。根据纳微米聚合物调驱渗流特点,此文建立了三维三相三组分纳微米聚合物调驱数学模型,考虑了对流扩散和调驱渗流特性,采用隐压、显饱、隐浓的差分方法求解数学模型,并编制了相应的数值模拟软件。对纳微米聚合物调驱矿场试验区进行了数值模拟研究,分析了纳微米聚合物浓度、段塞长度、段塞组合对开发指标的影响,并制定合理的注入方案,实施后达到了增油降水和提高采收率的目的,与数值模拟预测指标基本符合。
Nanometer polymer as a new type of step-by-step oil displacement agent, can occur deep in the reservoir physical and chemical changes, to achieve the flow direction. According to the characteristics of nanofluid polymer flooding, a mathematical model of three-dimensional three-phase three-component nanofluid polymer flooding was established in this paper. Considering the characteristics of convection-diffusion and flooding control, the differential pressure Method to solve the mathematical model, and compiled the corresponding numerical simulation software. The numerical simulation of the pilot area of nanometer polymer control flooding mine was conducted. The effects of nanometer polymer concentration, slug length and slug combination on development index were analyzed and a reasonable injection scheme was developed. The purpose of oil precipitation and oil recovery is basically in line with the predicted numerical simulation.
