本文在海水环境下研究了不同因素对混凝土抗冻性能的影响。通过对比试验分析强度损失率、质量流失率的变化,得到:加入引气剂可以明显改善混凝土抗冻性;水灰比越高,抗冻性越低;恰当的添加掺和料可以提高混凝土抗冻性,其中掺合10%硅灰15%粉煤灰比不加掺和料抗冻性要好,但是当粉煤灰达到35%时,混凝土抗冻性大大降低。最后结合实际工程提出了混凝土防冻的工程措施。
In this paper, the influence of different factors on frost resistance of concrete is studied under seawater environment. By comparing the strength loss rate and mass loss rate, the results show that adding air-entraining agent can obviously improve the frost-resistance of concrete; the higher the water-cement ratio, the lower the frost-resistance; the proper addition of admixture can improve the concrete anti- Frost, which mixed with 10% silica fume 15% fly ash is better than without admixture, but when the fly ash reaches 35%, the concrete frost resistance greatly reduced. Finally, with the actual project proposed concrete antifreeze engineering measures.
