英语作为学生的第二语言,对学生既有其固有的吸引力,对学生学习更有内在困扰。在平常的英语教学中,笔者发现,大凡是低效的英语课堂,必然是死气沉沉、学生恹恹欲睡的课堂,这样的课堂中,缺乏活力,教师教得机械,学生学得辛苦,犹如一潭死水,教学效果自然不言而喻。而与之形成强烈对比的是那种充满激情与活力,引发学生积极互动,吸引学生踊跃参与的课堂,学生学得开心,教师教得快乐,英语课堂俨然成为学生心灵休憩的港湾。
As a student’s second language, English has both inherent appeal to students and more inherent problems for students’ learning. In normal English teaching, I found that inefficient English classes are inevitably life-threatening and sluggish classrooms. In such classrooms, lack of vitality, teachers teach machinery, students learn hard, like a pool of stagnant water , Teaching effect is self-evident. In sharp contrast, it is a kind of classroom full of passion and vitality, which arouses students’ positive interaction and attracts students’ active participation. Students are happy to learn and teachers are happy to teach. The English class has become a harbor for students’ minds to rest.
