通过正交试验,采用计算机数值模拟和实际浇注,研究了缝隙式浇注系统中立筒直径、缝隙内浇道的宽度和厚度等因素对铝合金铸件充型和凝固过程的影响。结果表明,缝隙内浇道的厚度为壁厚的1倍,缝隙内浇道的宽度为35 mm,立筒直径为3~4倍缝隙内浇道的厚度时,可以保证充型过程的平稳,获得质量较好的铸件。
