本文所报导的克隆杂交瘤的方法,是用一根毛细管连接一套抽吸装置,进行单个细胞的转移。这一方法可以有效地从培养的亲本杂交瘤中重新获得数量比例不同的抗体产生克隆。4个细胞株用这一方法再克隆获的了100％阳性。
The method of cloning hybridoma reported in this paper is to connect a set of suction device with a capillary to carry out single cell transfer. This method is effective in recovering antibody-producing clones in different numbers and proportions from the parental parental hybridomas. Four cell lines were again cloned by this method and were 100% positive.
