近年来,随着新课程改革的进一步推进和教师工资改革、职称评聘的影响,导致了部分教师职业倦怠甚至工作消极,进而形成了教师之间的矛盾和积怨,从而影响学校教育的健康发展。作为学校校长,在新常态下要以高度的责任感、强烈的事业心,创造性地开展工作,要心中有爱、心中有责,调动教师积极性,增强学校的凝聚力,带领学校走向可持续发展的道路。为此,校长要充分认识到增强学校凝聚力的长远意义。
In recent years, with the further advancement of the new curriculum reform and teachers ’salary reform, the influence of the title appraisal and appointment has led to some teachers’ job burnout and even negative job, which has led to the contradiction and grudges among teachers, thus affecting the healthy development of school education .
