研究了385/55R22.5HN809全钢载重子午线轮胎的成型过程,并利用ABAQUS软件,模拟了成型过程的主鼓部件贴合、辅助鼓部件贴合、半成品胎成型和花纹挤压成型4个工况,得出了成品胎的材料分布图,接着将仿真得出的结构和实际轮胎的断面结构进行了对比分析,最后对胶料厚度的仿真结果进行了分析。结果表明:仿真结构和实际结构具有很好的一致性,可以为轮胎的结构设计和施工设计提供指导。模型中,采用广义Maxwell模型描述混炼胶的力学行为,采用Rebar模型模拟橡胶帘线复合材料。
The forming process of 385 / 55R22.5HN809 all-steel radial truck tire was studied. The ABAQUS software was used to simulate the four main working conditions of the main drum assembly, the auxiliary drum assembly, the semi-finished tire molding and the pattern extrusion molding , The material distribution chart of the finished tire was obtained, and then the structure of the simulation was compared with that of the actual tire. Finally, the simulation results of the rubber thickness were analyzed. The results show that the simulation structure is in good agreement with the actual structure and can provide guidance for the structural design and construction design of the tire. In the model, the generalized Maxwell model is used to describe the mechanical behavior of the rubber and the Rebar model is used to simulate the rubber cord composites.
