在贪污贿赂类案件中,房产成为贪贿所得或物证的情况逐渐增多。但从近年来执纪办案实践看,由于受相关规定不明确等因素影响,查封涉案房产措施的使用存在很多问题,不仅与全面落实依纪依法办案要求的新形势不相适应,而且容易给案件质量和后续处理带来隐患,亟待进一步规范和明确。
