青蛙是两栖动物的典型代表。由于两栖动物肺的结构简单,呼吸功能不强,所以其皮肤有辅助呼吸的作用。教材中没有就此设计实验验证,笔者在教学实践中通过生物兴趣小组的学生利用课外活动时间设计探究实验方案,并在实验室进行实验,通过在课堂教学时的交流,收到了良好的效果。现将几种探究方案介绍如下:
Frogs are typical representatives of amphibians. Because the structure of the amphibians’ lungs is simple and their respiratory function is not strong, their skin has the function of assisting breathing. There is no experimental verification on this subject in the textbook. In the teaching practice, the author designed the inquiry experiment program through the use of extra-curricular activities by students of the biological interest group, and conducted experiments in the laboratory. Through exchanges in the classroom teaching, the author received good results. Several kinds of inquiry programs are introduced as follows:
