女患,45岁。3天前腹痛、腹泻,为稀水样便。每日5次,无脓血、发热。曾诊为急性肠炎,给予5％葡萄糖和5％葡萄糖盐水各500ml加入庆大霉素20万单位静滴,次日腹痛、腹泻停止,改用庆大霉素8万单位肌注,第3天出现面部浮肿、恶心、呕吐,尿量增多,每日约2500ml,以急性胃肠炎收我院。无肾炎病史。查体:体温36.5℃,面部及眼睑浮肿,双肾区叩
