本文报道了我院自1988年1月至1995年4月收治6例无功能胰岛细胞瘤的诊治情况。临床上主要表现为上腹隐痛不适，腰背部疼痛，腹部无痛性巨大包块。作者认为本病的诊断主要依靠临床表现和病理检查、本病一经确诊，应争取早日根治切除。由于本病发展慢，良性者多，预后较佳。
This article reports on the diagnosis and treatment of 6 cases of nonfunctioning islet cell tumors from January 1988 to April 1995 in our hospital. The main clinical manifestations of upper abdominal discomfort, back pain, abdominal painless mass. The author believes that the diagnosis of this disease mainly relies on clinical manifestations and pathological examinations. Once the disease has been diagnosed, it should seek early radical resection. Due to the slow development of the disease, there are many benign individuals and the prognosis is better.
