用18Cr2Ni4WA钢研究了M-A组织对包中格效应(BF)的影响,结果表明,M对BE的影响显著,BE与M体积分数(VM)之间呈良好的线性相关关系,VM足够高时,包申格系数(B)可为负值,当用多次高温回火去除M后,其B变为正值。VM对B和屈服强度(σ0.2)的影响均与VM对拉伸曲线初始阶段“圆化”程度的影响密切相关,对含有M-A组织的粒状组织(GS)和粒状贝氏体(Bg)的B~σ0.2的回归分析表明,B与σ0.2之间存在着良好的线性相关关系。
The effect of M-A tissue on the lattice effect (BF) was investigated using 18Cr2Ni4WA steel. The results showed that M had a significant effect on BE, and there was a good linear correlation between BE and M volume fraction (VM). VM was high enough , The Bauschinger coefficient (B) can be negative, and B becomes positive when M is removed by multiple high-temperature tempering. The effects of VM on B and yield strength (σ0.2) were closely related to the effect of VM on the degree of “rounding” in the initial stage of tensile test. The effect of VM on granular tissue (GS) and granular bainite (Bg) The regression analysis of B ~ σ0.2 shows that there is a good linear correlation between B and σ0.2.
