一、前言1978年,武汉水利电力学院协同桂林地区水电局、广西大学和广西水文总站等单位,以桂林地区为试点,根据12个测站的实测雨洪资料,对由暴雨推求洪水问题进行了分析和研究,并编写了《广西桂林地区由暴雨推求洪水问题的研究》(下称《研究》)。该文根据纳希瞬时单位线的基本原理,提出瞬时单位线参数的计算方法、单位线的非线性处理方法、以及非线性要素的地区综合方法,对桂林地区由暴雨推求洪水问题的进一步探讨创造了有利条件。本文是在原有分析工作的基础上,增加了3个测站的资料,补充了部分测站的洪水场次,以及对原有的部分计算成果作了必要的修正,并作了进一步探讨,提出一些新的见解和做法。
I.
