目的构建有效的高职护生临床沟通能力培训模式,提高护生沟通能力及团队合作能力,实现护生职业胜任力由学校到岗位零距离对接。方法 2013年9月—2015年6月使用随机抽样法抽取本校2012级普通专科护理专业一个班级62名护生作为研究对象,分别于第三、四学期采取情景模拟教学、“小导师”教学、实习前强化培训和自主见习的教学方法,于第五、六学期通过“小导师”教学的方法对该班护生临床沟通能力进行培训;在每学期末采用采用《护生临床沟通能力测评量表》评估该班护生的临床沟通能力,计数资料比较采用F检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果高职护生的临床沟通能力各维度得分及总分随学期的增加逐渐提高,对比差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论情景模拟教学、“小导师”教学、实习前强化培训和自主见习等多元教学法对高职护生临床沟通能力的提高具有较好的预测效果,为高职护生临床沟通能力教学模式的实践与研究提供了有效依据。
Objective To establish an effective training mode of clinical communicative competence for nursing students in higher vocational schools, to improve the communication skills of nursing students and their ability of team cooperation, and to realize the vocational competency of nursing students from school to post with zero distance. Methods From September 2013 to June 2015, 62 nursing students of a class of general college nursing specialty in 2012 in our college were selected as the research subjects by using random sampling method. In the third and fourth semesters, Teaching, internship training and strengthening prior to the practice of teaching methods, in the fifth and sixth semester through the “little mentor ” teaching methods to train students in clinical communication skills; the end of each semester with the use of “nursing students Clinical Communication ability assessment scale ”to assess the clinical communication skills of nursing students in this class, count data were compared using F test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results The scores of clinical communication ability and the scores of clinical communicative competence of high vocational nursing students gradually increased with the increase of semester, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Scenario simulation teaching, “Little Tutor” teaching, intensive training prior to internship and independent learning and other multiple teaching methods have a good prediction effect on the improvement of clinical communicative competence of nursing students in higher vocational schools, The model provides an effective basis for the practice and research.
