随着我国旅游体验型消费时代的到来,主题公园(特指以高参与性与体验型的大型娱乐主题乐园)的游客需求在未来几年将大幅增长,但根据笔者的亲身体验和网络调查问卷等渠道的了解中,排队问题不容忽视。排队时间长,园区拥挤不堪等现象已严重影响了主题公园的健康发展。本文将基于供求关系理论和排队心理学来分析我国主题公园的排队问题,并针对主要排队原因提出相应解决方案。
With the advent of the tourism experience-based consumer era in our country, the demand for tourist attractions in theme parks (especially large-scale amusement parks with high participation and experience) will increase substantially in the next few years. However, based on the author’s personal experience and online questionnaire The understanding of other channels, queuing issues can not be ignored. Long queues, overcrowded parks and other phenomena have seriously affected the healthy development of theme parks. Based on the theory of supply and demand and queuing psychology, this article will analyze the queuing problem of theme parks in our country and put forward corresponding solutions to the main queuing reasons.
