列宁改革国家机构的思想 ,是无产阶级政党管理社会主义国家的理论的重要方面。列宁指出了苏维埃政权机构设置存在的弊病 ,并根据外国先进管理经验和俄国实际 ,提出并实施一系列行之有效的改革国家机关的措施。列宁既指出了苏维埃机关改革的重要性、紧迫性 ,也指出了其艰巨性和长期性。列宁的改革国家机构的思想对我们今天的实践有重大意义。
Lenin’s thought of reforming state organs is an important aspect of the theory that the proletarian party manages the socialist countries. Lenin pointed out the shortcomings in the establishment of the Soviet political institutions and proposed and implemented a series of effective measures to reform the state organs based on the experience of advanced foreign management and the reality of Russia. Lenin not only pointed out the importance and urgency of the reform of the Soviet apparatus, but also pointed out its arduousness and long-term nature. The idea of Lenin’s reform of state institutions is of great significance to our practice today.
