我国水运建设发展一直比较缓慢,究其原因是因为投融资平台融资模式不具规模所制约其发展的主要问题。随着我国经济的快速发展和不断与世界经济接轨,水运建设作为与世界各地沟通的桥梁和纽带,必须加强对其的研究管理。水运建设投融资平台融资模式的有效建立是保证我国水运建设持续健康发展的首要条件之一。经济的推动是研究新时期下我国水运建设投融资平台建设的主要依据,具有一定得理论意义和现实意义。本文主要探讨新形势下我国水运建设投融资平台建设相关问题,首先对水运在我国经济发展中的地位和水运建设投融资现状进行系统研究,通过借鉴国外发达国家的先进水运经验,提出符合我国国情的水运建设投融资平台融资模式的相关建议,制定有利于国民发展稳定的水运建设投融资政策。
The development of China’s water transport has been relatively slow, the reason is because the financing platform for investment and financing platform is not the size of the constraints of the development of the main issues.
