目的探讨准分子激光角膜切削术治疗近视的疗效。方法治疗近视424例（732眼），术后随访1年。结果术后裸眼视力达术前最佳矫正视力者：A组（－1．12～－6．00D）90．0％、B组（－6．12～－10．0D）80．0％、C组（-10．12～－21．5D）57．9％。实际矫正度在预测矫正度±1．00D范围内者：A组95．3％、B组93.4％、C组51.6％。2级以上角膜雾样浑浊：A组0．90％、B组2．88％、C组6．11％。一过性眼压升高占14．5％。结论该手术治疗近视安全、有效。
Objective To investigate the effect of excimer laser keratectomy on myopia. Methods 424 cases of myopia (732 eyes) were treated, followed up for 1 year. Results The best visual acuity before operation in the uncorrected visual acuity was 90.0% in group A (-1.12 ~ -6.00D), 80.0% in group B (-6.12 ~ -10.0D) C group (-10.12 ~ -21.5D) 57.9%. The actual degree of correction in the prediction of ± 1.00D range were: A group 95.3%, B group 93.4%, C group 51.6%. Corneal haze of more than grade 2 was cloudy: 0.90% in group A, 2.88% in group B and 6.11% in group C. Ocular hypertension increased by 14.5%. Conclusion The surgical treatment of myopia safe and effective.
