近年来,上市公司的内部控制信息的披露得到越来越多的重视,我国也颁布了相关的一些法律。但是从前段时间发生的长生生物事件可以看出,我国上市公司在内部监控机制方面仍然缺少完备性和规范性,除此之外,内部控制信息方面也没有有效落实。此文章在分析长生生物事件的原因的基础上,加以分析进而找到隐藏在我国内部控制信息披露中的缺陷,然后以此为基础找到有利于内部控制信息披露机制建立健全的方案。
