近几年,许多化学教师在学习国外先进的教学方法,改革化学教学工作中,取得了可喜的成绩。但是,还有不少教师,改革教法的步子不大。其原因,有主观上的,老方法用起来顺手,对改革的重要性认识不足;也有实际问题,采用新方法,教师没经验,学生不适应,影响了升学率,各方面压力大;更为普遍的客观原因是,国外的新方法,例如“发现教学法”、“程序教学法”等,与我国现在的课堂教学形式,与师生的基础和能力,与学校的设备条件等等,还不尽适应,单靠教师个人去效仿,困难多,甚至行不通。传统教学是以“传道、授业、解惑”为
In recent years, many chemistry teachers have made gratifying achievements in learning advanced foreign teaching methods and reforming chemistry teaching. However, there are still quite a few teachers who have little steps in reforming the teaching method. The reasons are subjective, the old methods are easy to use, lack of understanding of the importance of reform, and there are practical problems. New methods are used. Teachers have no experience, students are not adapted, and the rate of enrollment is affected. Pressure on all parties is greater. The general objective reasons are foreign new methods, such as “discovery teaching method ”, “program teaching method ”, etc., and our country’s current classroom teaching form, the foundation and ability of teachers and students, and the equipment conditions of the school.
