党的十八大确立了全面建成小康社会和全面深化改革开放的宏伟目标,将劳动关系工作摆在了中国特色社会主义事业五位一体总体布局的重要位置,也为构建和谐劳动关系提出了新的任务和要求。今年伊始,人力资源和社会保障部分别组织召开了全国劳动关系、调解仲裁和劳动监察工作座谈会,深入学习贯彻党的十八大精神,总结了过去五年的工作,并对具体工作进行了相关部署。为了更加全面透彻地了解今后构建和谐劳动关系的新思路、新要求,本刊特别对主抓这方面工作的人力资源和社会保障部的邱小平副部长进行了专访。
