闹德海水库是典型的多沙河流上的滞洪水库。为了分析水土保持综合治理对闹德海水库径流泥沙特性的影响,以1961-2009年系列为基准,对入库径流和输沙量进行统计分析。统计分析结果表明水库输沙总量呈现减少趋势,其原因除了降雨等自然气候因素影响外,与柳河流域的治理有很大关系。1983年国家将闹德海水库以上的柳河流域列为国家水土保持八大重点治理区,经过多年综合治理,从根本上改变了柳河流域的生态环境。1984-1993年水土保持效益分析,治理区的蓄水效率为67.7%,保土效率为66.8%。流域的综合治理减少了产沙量,对闹德海入库水沙特征变化起重要作用。
The Naodehai reservoir is a typical detention flood reservoir on the sandy river. In order to analyze the impact of comprehensive control of soil and water conservation on runoff and sediment characteristics of the Naodehai Reservoir, a statistical analysis of runoff and sediment load from the 1961-2009 series was conducted. The results of statistical analysis show that the total amount of sediment transport in reservoirs shows a declining trend. The reasons for this are not only affected by natural climatic factors such as rainfall but also have a great relationship with the governance of Liu River Basin. In 1983, the state ranked the Liuhe River Basin above the Naduhai Reservoir as the eight key areas for national soil and water conservation. After years of comprehensive management, the ecological environment in the Liuhe River Basin has been fundamentally changed. 1984-1993 benefit analysis of water and soil conservation, water storage efficiency of the control area was 67.7%, soil conservation efficiency was 66.8%. Comprehensive management of the river basin reduces sediment yield and plays an important role in the change of water and sediment characteristics in the Naodehai Basin.
