根据安装工程项目的实际情况提出ABC采购法,由于A类采购目标的重要性,认为控制工程项目的质量很重要的环节是供应商选择,进而提出基于模糊质量功能展开(QFD)的供应商选择方法。综合考虑安装工程项目的八个采购要求指标,集结采购专家的群体意见,量化采购要求指标与供应商之间的相关性,并利用h-截集计算得到供应商的重要度,以此作为供应商排序的依据。最后以F安装工程公司项目为实证分析对象,验证了供应商评价方法的可行性。
According to the actual situation of installation project, ABC procurement method is proposed. Due to the importance of the procurement target of category A, it is considered that the key to control the quality of construction project is the supplier selection, and then the supplier selection based on Fuzzy Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. Taking into account the eight procurement requirements of the project, integrating the opinions of the purchasing experts, quantifying the correlation between the procurement requirements and the supplier, and using the h-cut set to calculate the supplier’s importance as the supply The basis of business sort. Finally, the project of F installation engineering company is taken as the empirical analysis object, which verifies the feasibility of the supplier evaluation method.
