常用微调搪刀的改进通常的微调搪刀如图1所示。调整时,先松开内六角螺钉1,旋动螺距为0.5毫米的调节螺母2至适当尺寸,再拧紧内六角螺钉1固定。这种刀头因只有一个内六角螺钉拉紧固定,在反复搪削交变应力的作用下容易松动,影响质量,甚至使刀头刀刃崩断。为此,在图2所示的刀头的端盖1和外套4之间增设碟形弹簧3,以防止刀头在搪削过程中松动。

Because this kind of cutter head is fastened by only one hexagon screw, it is easy to loose under the effect of alternating stress during repeated boring, which will affect the quality and even break the blade edge. For this purpose, a disc spring 3 is provided between the end cap 1 and the jacket 4 of the tool head shown in FIG. 2 to prevent the tool tip from loosening during the boring process.
