目的了解广西柳州市近年来恶性肿瘤死亡现状及规律。方法通过该市所在地二级以上具有诊断能力的医疗机构及从事基本医疗服务的乡镇卫生院、社区卫生服务中心收集上报死亡病例信息及死因登记系统导出肿瘤病例信息,使用Can Reg4和IARCcrg Tools软件进行录入、审核,用SPSS13.0进行数据分析,分析死亡趋势、生存时间、死亡年龄、肿瘤死亡顺位等。结果 2009-2012年柳州市恶性肿瘤死亡率从129.36/10万上升到158.13/10万,平均生存时间为0.57年,男性为0.51年,女性为0.69年;平均死亡年龄为63.26岁;肿瘤死亡前5位为肺癌、肝癌、结直肠癌、胃癌、白血病,乳房癌在女性恶性肿瘤死亡顺位中,均在前5位之列(2009-2012年分别为第4、2、5、3位)。45岁以后的死亡率快速上升,从45岁组的100/10万左右快速上升,到80岁以上组最高达1453.63/10万。结论柳州市恶性肿瘤是威胁中老年人生命的重要死因,肺癌、消化系统恶性肿瘤、白血病及女性乳房癌是防控重点。
Objective To understand the current situation and regularity of death of malignant tumor in Liuzhou, Guangxi. Methods The medical institutions with diagnostic ability above Grade II and the township hospitals and community health centers engaged in basic medical services were recruited to report the death cases and the cause of death registry system to derive the tumor cases information. The data were collected using Can Reg4 and IARCcrg Tools software Input, review, data analysis with SPSS13.0, analysis of death trends, survival time, age of death, tumor death and so on. Results The mortality rate of malignant tumor in Liuzhou City increased from 129.36 / 100000 to 158.13 / 100000 between 2009 and 2012, with an average survival time of 0.57 years, 0.51 years for males and 0.69 years for females; the average death age was 63.26 years; before the death of tumor 5 were lung cancer, liver cancer, colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, leukemia, breast cancer in the same order of death of female malignant tumors, all in the top 5 (2009-2012, respectively 4,2,5,3) . Mortality after the age of 45 increased rapidly from about 100 / 100,000 in the 45-year-old group to as high as 1,453.63 / 100,000 in the group over the age of 80. Conclusion The malignant tumor in Liuzhou is an important cause of death in middle-aged and elderly people. Lung cancer, digestive system malignant tumor, leukemia and female breast cancer are the key points of prevention and control.
