目的研究鸡胚提取物改善缺铁性贫血的作用。方法采用低铁饲料喂饲大鼠并辅助尾静脉放血,建立大鼠低铁性贫血模型。模型建立成功后给予鸡胚提取物4周,观察其对血红蛋白、血清运铁蛋白饱和度、血清铁蛋白、血清及组织铁等生物化学指标的影响。结果鸡胚提取物可显著升高贫血模型大鼠的血红蛋白、血清运铁蛋白饱和度、血清铁蛋白、血清铁(P<0.05)。结论鸡胚提取物有改善缺铁性贫血的作用。
Objective To study the effect of chicken embryo extract on iron deficiency anemia. Methods The rats were fed with low-iron diet and assisted with the tail vein bloodletting to establish a model of iron-deficiency anemia in rats. After successful establishment of the model, the chick embryo extract was given for 4 weeks to observe its effects on the biochemical indexes of hemoglobin, serum transferrin saturation, serum ferritin, serum and tissue iron. Results Chick embryo extract significantly increased hemoglobin, serum transferrin saturation, serum ferritin and serum iron in anemia model rats (P <0.05). Conclusion Chick embryo extract can improve iron deficiency anemia.
