本文对苹果一褐斑病菌相互作用中苯丙氨酸解氨酶作了一些研究,结果表明:苹果幼苗不同品种叶片接种后,苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性的变化是苹果、褐斑病菌相互作用的结果。苹果叶片感染病原菌后,苯丙氨酸解氨酶形成速度和程度与品种抗病性有直接关系。进一步提出了苹果一褐斑病菌相互作用中苯丙氨酸解氨酶与抗病不能有病理生理途径。
In this paper, some studies on the interaction of phenylalanine ammonia-lyase in the apple brown spot pathogen showed that the changes of the phenylalanine ammonia-lyase activity in apple seedlings after inoculation of different varieties were apple and brown spot bacteria The result of the action.
