本文通过~(45)Ca—液闪测定,观察正常小鼠股骨及胫骨~(45)Ca 沉积的情况及丹参对小鼠右股骨中段骨折后~(45)Ca 沉积的影响。发现正常小鼠、左右骨相应部位钙沉积相似:右股骨中段骨折后,生理盐水组与丹参组小鼠的中段股骨钙沉积不断升高,而股骨上、下二段反而下降,丹参组下降更显著。说明丹参可以从郇近骨组织中调动比生理盐水组更多的钙,以更好地满足新骨形成对钙的需要,从而使骨折愈合加速。
In this study, ~(45)Ca-liquid scintillation assay was used to observe the deposition of ~(45)Ca in the femur and humerus of normal mice and the effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza on the deposition of ~(45)Ca after the fracture of the right femur in the mouse. Calcium deposition was found to be similar in normal mice and in the corresponding sites in the right and left bones: after the fracture in the middle of the right femur, the calcium deposition in the middle femur of the saline group and the Salvia miltiorrhiza group continued to increase, whereas the upper and lower femurs of the femur decreased, and the Danshen group decreased more. Significant. It is shown that Salvia miltiorrhiza can mobilize more calcium than the saline group from the temporal bone tissue to better meet the need for new bone formation of calcium, thereby accelerating fracture healing.
