复合堵剂各组分的协同作用可极大地提高堵剂封堵效果。为此,研究了粘土聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)复合堵剂的积累膜堵水机理及其影响因素,考察了试验温度、玻璃片表面性质和电解质以及HPAM质量分数等因素。对积累膜形成的影响研究结果表明:①经HPAM钠土溶液和钠土交替处理的硅酸盐表面,有积累膜形成;②温度降低,粘土、聚丙烯酰胺浓度提高和配制用水的矿化度增加以及硅酸盐表面不带油膜等因素,均有利于积累膜的形成。这些结果可为实际应用复合堵剂提供依据。
The synergistic effect of each component of the compound plugging agent can greatly improve the plugging effect of the plugging agent. Therefore, the accumulation mechanism and influencing factors of accumulated membrane of clay polyacrylamide (HPAM) composite plugging agent were studied. Factors such as test temperature, glass surface property, electrolyte and mass fraction of HPAM were investigated. The results showed that: ①the surface of silicate alternated with HPAM sodium and sodium soil had accumulated film formation; ② the temperature decreased, the concentration of clay and polyacrylamide increased and the salinity Increase and silicate surface without oil and other factors, are conducive to the accumulation of film formation. These results can provide the basis for practical application of complex plugging agent.
