通过检测烟囱内冷凝酸液质量分数可以预测其腐蚀程度,但获取具有代表性的冷凝酸液样本十分困难.为解决这一难题,采用修正逸度方程与Matlab软件对1台300MW安装湿法烟气脱硫装置的烟气冷凝酸液质量分数进行了数值预测,分析了烟气中水蒸气体积分数、壁面温度和烟气绝对压力对烟气冷凝酸液质量分数的影响.结果表明:冷凝酸液质量分数随着壁面温度的升高而增大,随着烟气绝对压力的提高而减小,随着烟气中水蒸气体积分数的增大而减小;预测值与试验值相吻合,该预测模型可以很好地模拟对冷凝酸液质量分数的预测.
It is difficult to predict the corrosion rate of condensate acid solution in chimney by measuring the mass fraction of condensed acid in the chimney, however, it is very difficult to obtain a representative sample of condensate acid solution.To solve this problem, a fugacity- Gas desulfurization plant flue gas condensate acid mass fraction were numerically predicted, the analysis of the flue gas water vapor volume fraction, wall temperature and flue gas absolute pressure on flue gas condensate acid mass fraction results show that: acid condensate The mass fraction increases with the increase of wall temperature, decreases with the increase of absolute pressure of flue gas and decreases with the increase of volume fraction of water vapor in flue gas. The predicted value agrees with the experimental value The prediction model can well simulate the prediction of the mass fraction of condensed acid.
