高校辅导员的职业倦怠是一种表现为身心疲惫、态度消极、行为倦怠的职业状态,对大学生的思想政治教育工作提出了挑战。社会支持系统的不完善,职业定位模糊,缺乏有力的组织保障及辅导员个体因素共同导致了辅导员的职业倦怠感。因而,必须从社会、国家制度、职业定位、高校组织及辅导员个体层面来探讨全方面、多元化、多层次的激励机制,应对辅导员的职业倦怠。
The job burnout of counselors in colleges and universities is a kind of occupational status manifested in physical and mental exhaustion, negative attitude and burnout, which poses challenges to college students’ ideological and political education. Social support system is imperfect, vague positioning of the profession, the lack of strong organizational support and counselors individual factors lead to counselors burnout. Therefore, it is necessary to explore all-round, diversified and multi-level incentive mechanisms from the perspective of society, state system, professional orientation, college organizations and counselors, and to cope with the burnout of counselors.
