目的对聚花白饭树Flueggealeucopyra的生物碱成分进行研究。方法采用各种色谱技术进行分离,利用波谱技术和理化常数对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从聚花白饭树叶及嫩枝的总生物碱部位中分离并鉴定了10个化合物,分别为epibubbiadine(1)、布比林仙定(bubbialidine,2)、一叶萩碱(securinine,3)、4-epiphyllanthine(4)、securitinine(5)、(+)-15α-methoxy-14,15-dihydrophyllochrysine(6)、4-hydroxysecurinine(7)、一叶萩醇A(securinol A,8)、一叶萩醇B(securinol B,9)及phyllanthidine(10)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the alkaloid composition of Flueggealeucopyra Methods Various chromatographic techniques were used for the separation. The structures of the isolated compounds were identified by spectroscopic techniques and physico-chemical constants. Results Ten compounds were identified and identified as epibubbiadine (1), bubbialidine (2), securinine (3) , 4-epiphyllanthine (4), securitinine (5), (+) - 15α-methoxy-14,15- dihydrophyllochrysine (6), 4-hydroxysecurinine (7), securinol A Securinol B (9) and phyllanthidine (10). Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
