男,67岁,退休干部。因突发胸闷、进行性呼吸困难1天于1992年5月30日入院。1天前,患者活动后突感右胸部隐痛不适、胸闷,继感呼吸困难,呈进行性加重,伴轻微咳嗽,咳少量白色粘痰。无咯血、发热及盗汗。即去当地镇医院就诊,诊为:右侧液气胸”,给胸穿抽气2000ml后呼吸困难一度缓解,3小时后呼吸困难又加重,故来院就诊。既往健康。查
