“击掌笑运动”是笔者创编的击掌动作与笑运动相结合的锻炼方法.共有八种姿势。本期介绍“第一节”和“第二节”。预备式:身体直立,面带微笑,目视前方。(见图一)第一节:击掌开胸振臂拍,笑笑哈哈健康来动作图解:双腿与肩同宽,膝盖微曲,双手经身体两侧在胸前交叉,右手在上,左手在下。虎口与虎口相对,准备做鼓掌动作。嘴念笑贯口词:笑哈哈,哈哈笑,笑笑哈哈笑.笑笑笑笑笑哈哈,哈哈哈哈哈哈笑。双手随着“笑贯口”节奏用力击掌16次,两跨随着身体左右自然摆动.然后展臂哈哈大笑。
