《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020)》指出:“适应国家和社会发展需要,遵循教育规律和人才成长规律,深化教育教学改革,创新教育教学方法,探索多种培养方式。”国家基础教育新课程改革也对课堂教学提出了新的要求:“改变课程过于注重知识传授的倾向,强调形成积极的学习态度,使获得基础知识与基本技能的过程同时成为学习和形成正确价值观的过程。”
