随着社会的不断发展,对医护人员的需求也与日俱增,尤其是护理人员。所以不断地培养合格优秀的护理专业人才是医护教育的根本,但是传统的护理学教育理念越来越被发现无法满足临床需要。本文从动机理论入手,在传统的基础护理实验教学的基础上,实施新型的理念和方法,从而探索动机理论在基础护理实验教学中应用的效果。方法:以本校2012级护理专业全体专科生作为实验组,在实验组的《基础护理学》教学中运用动机理论,从技能,人文等各个方面进行有目的的培养;以本校2011级全体护理专业专科生作为对照组;学期末,将对照组和实验组的实操及理论成绩进行对比,运用统计学的方法进行分析,与此同时,向2012级全体护理专业专科生发放问卷调查表,回收调查表进行统计分析。结果分析:比较2012级全体护理专业专科生的实际操作及理论成绩与2011级全体护理专业专科生的成绩,同时结合调查表的信息,了解2012级学生对这种实验教学模式的赞成度。
As society continues to evolve, so does the need for health care workers, especially caregivers. This article starts with the theory of motivation, and based on the traditional basic nursing experiment teaching, carries out a new concept and method to explore the effect of motivation theory applied in basic nursing experiment teaching. Methods: Taking college nursing students in 2012 as experimental group, the motivation theory was applied in the teaching of “basic nursing” in the experimental group, and the aim was to train students with all kinds of skills and humanities. College students as a control group; the end of the semester, the control group and the experimental group of practical and theoretical achievements compared to the use of statistical methods for analysis, at the same time, to 2012 all nursing specialist undergraduate questionnaires, recycling Questionnaire for statistical analysis. Results Analysis: Comparing the actual operation and theoretical achievements of college nursing students in 2012 with the scores of all nursing major students in 2011, combined with the information of the questionnaire to understand the students’ approval of this experimental teaching model.
