探明小麦白粉菌的侵染循环、初次侵染源、及研究有关的生物学和生态学特性,对提高小麦白粉病的预测技术及综合防治技术,均具有重要的意义。在这方面国外虽有一些报道,但因自然条件的差异,难以切合我国的实际。因此,我们自五十年代开始小麦白粉病研究以来,对小麦白粉菌在我省具体条件下的越冬越夏,及有关的生物学特性,断续的作了一些观察研究。现将以往积累的资料汇总整理如下。 研 究 方 法 一、小麦白粉菌分生孢子越冬越夏的观察及有关条件的研究
Identification of wheat powdery mildew infection cycle, the primary source of infection, and the study of biological and ecological characteristics, to improve wheat powdery mildew prediction technology and comprehensive prevention and control technology, are of great significance. Although there are some reports abroad in this regard, it is difficult to meet the actual conditions of our country due to the differences in natural conditions. Therefore, since the beginning of the research on wheat powdery mildew in the 1950s, we made some observations on the over-winter and summer-breaking of wheat powdery mildew under the specific conditions in our province, and related biological characteristics. The information accumulated in the past is summarized as follows. Research methods A, wheat powdery mildew conidia over the summer and the observation of the conditions
