大力培育和发展高端装备制造业是实现"中国制造"向"中国智造"转变的重要途径。对企业而言,内外部资源的有效管理与利用是其获得持续稳定发展的前提,外部环境为企业获取竞争优势创造并维持了一定的条件,而内部资金则构成了企业发展的血液。以Wind数据库中高端装备制造业概念板块上市公司为分析对象,引入区域环境因素,利用面板模型分析2013-2017年资本结构与高端装备制造企业绩效的关系。实证结果表明:资产负债率与高端装备制造企业绩效呈负相关,其中长期负债率对企业绩效的影响更为显
